Matt Golden

Mission-Driven Entrepreneur
Matt Golden is a mission-driven entrepreneur and product innovator focused on solving complex challenges through software and systems design. With a career spanning clean tech, public policy, and AI, Matt has built and led ventures that bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world impact. As founder and former CEO of Recurve, he developed the leading open-source platform for measuring and scaling demand-side energy resources—tools now used by major utilities and regulators to advance grid decarbonization.
Matt’s experience runs deep, from building high-performance retrofit businesses and holding three contractor licenses to creating the Investor Confidence Project, now part of GBCI, which introduced standardized underwriting to energy efficiency markets across the U.S. and Europe. He has testified before Congress, worked with the DOE, EPA, and international climate coalitions, and yes, once audited Ellen DeGeneres’ house. Across every chapter of his work, Matt has remained focused on aligning innovation with purpose—designing products and platforms that drive scalable, measurable, and lasting change.
At Pandotic AI, Matt brings this full-spectrum expertise to help clients implement intelligent, agentic systems that solve pressing operational and strategic challenges. His rare blend of software depth, policy fluency, and real-world experience makes him a trusted partner for organizations seeking to move quickly, build boldly, and put AI to work in the service of something meaningful.
